Crowshaw, said to be of no fixed abode, is accused of stealing a bike from a shed in Lower Harding Street in Spring Boroughs on August 19. He is also alleged to have broken into another shed in Lea Road on October 20 — when another pedal cycle was stolen — and taking a purse and bank cards from another property in Lea Road, Abington, sometime between October 18 and October 21. The stolen cards were later used to make fraudulent transactions and two local grocery stores and an off-licence.
