Man arrested in missing Kettering girl investigation
The man, who is being held at Corby Police Station, was arrested yesterday (Tuesday) by officers who are trying to locate missing Veronica Sbircea.
Veronica, 15, left her home on the evening of Thursday, July 21.

Hide AdSince then she has been seen in Ponders End, Enfield, on Wednesday, July 27, and then in Brixton in and around the KFC store on Brixton Road, London, on Thursday, July 28.
There have been no confirmed sightings of Veronica since then.
Officers strongly believe the teenager may now be in the Enfield or Brixton areas of London and are appealing for people living there to contact them if they know of her whereabouts.
Veronica, who is also known as Rachel, is white, 5ft, with long straight black hair and brown eyes.

Hide AdShe was last seen wearing dark leggings and a black top, as seen in the CCTV image. She is originally from the London area.
Detective Inspector Stuart Hitchon, who is leading a team of detectives looking into her disappearance, said: “Veronica is known to approach people to use their mobile phone temporarily, and we are urging anyone who may have been approached by her or have seen her, to make contact.
“If you are reading this, Veronica, your family are really worried about your welfare.
“Please make contact us and let us know you are OK.”
