Dedicate light of remebrance to late loved ones on Northampton General Hospital Christmas tree
It has been a truly challenging year with COVID-19 testing us all so Northamptonshire Health Charity is holding a virtual light up a life event on December 3, with the opportunity to remember and celebrate life in a positive way.
Members of the public are welcome to join in their virtual Light Up a Life celebration where they can dedicate a light on the Christmas tree, in memory of someone or as a gift for loved ones.

“Last year’s event was so well-received with so many people attending and saying how beautiful it was,” said Rob Powell, community fundraiser at Northamptonshire Health Charity.
“It is sad that we can’t gather together again this year but we wanted to still do something special to remember and celebrate the life of loved ones and so decided to opt for a virtual event instead.”
Northamptonshire Health Charity exists to make things better for patients, their families and staff. It provides funding for equipment, research, training and all of those extras that help to comfort people when in hospital, beyond what the NHS can afford.
